A magic link, or a name + PIN. No password to create or lose.
Nothing to remember, nothing to reset in a panic on a Monday morning.
Your admin adds your team's names once. From then on, each person either follows a one-click sign-in link sent to their work email (if your firm uses company single sign-on), or picks their name from a short list and enters a 4–8 digit PIN they chose themselves the first time. There's no account to set up, no password policy to fight with, and no password reset flow to break. If a PIN is forgotten, the admin resets it in one click — nothing is ever emailed back in plain text.
A 2-minute checklist decides which lessons you actually see
This is the gate that keeps the course relevant instead of overwhelming.
A firm that only uses email never sees autonomous-agent lessons. Before any "how to use AI" content, every learner answers six plain questions about how AI actually shows up at their firm today — not a technical audit, just things any office manager already knows the answer to. The result places the firm on a 0-to-4 map (shown below), and every lesson after that is shown, greyed out, or hidden based on that placement. Nobody wastes time on governance rules for autonomous agents if their firm has never touched one.
Nobody chose an AI tool — but scams and impersonation still target you.
One or two people quietly use a chat tool now and then.
Several people use AI regularly for real work.
AI features live inside tools you already run on.
Some process runs without a person clicking first.
Not a demo screenshot — the actual Module 0 lesson, live
This is embedded straight from the course. Scroll inside it, answer the quiz, click through — it's the same page a real learner sees.

Six short modules, one linear path
Each is roughly 15 minutes and ends in a confidence check — never a timer, never a countdown.
Where Your Firm Stands with AI
The orientation and self-assessment above — a 15-minute start before anything else.
Scams, Deepfakes and Voice Clones
Relevant to every firm, even at Level 0 — because attackers use AI whether you do or not.
Keeping Client Information Out of the Chatbot
The single most common AI mistake at work, and the one habit that catches almost all of it.
When AI Is Confidently Wrong
Fluent, wrong answers — and the rule that AI drafts, a named human verifies.
Staying Skilled While Using AI
Sorting what's safe to delegate from what must always stay a person's job.
Your Safe-Use Habits and Certificate
A mixed-scenario check at your firm's real level, then the certificate itself.
Untimed. Private. As many attempts as you need.
- No clock ever runs on a quiz. Answer at your own pace.
- You can retake any quiz as many times as you like — there's no penalty and no cooling-off period.
- Explanations appear immediately after each answer, right or wrong, so retrying is actually useful.
- Your individual answers and scores are visible only to you. They are never shown to your admin, your manager, or anyone else at your firm.
Completion and tier. Nothing about how you got there.
This is the boundary we consider non-negotiable, and it's worth stating plainly rather than leaving to a privacy policy nobody reads.
Whether each person has completed each module, their certificate tier (Aware / Practiced / Confident) and its renewal date, and the firm's overall level from the original self-assessment — rolled up into one exportable compliance report.
Individual quiz answers, individual scores, how many attempts anyone took, or how long any lesson took someone to complete. That data belongs to the learner alone.
Three tiers, each one honest about what it actually certifies
You can name the everyday AI risks and know the one rule that governs them all.
You apply the safe-use habits to your own real tasks, consistently.
You coach colleagues and handle edge cases — the top tier for embedded AI use.
